Become a Construction Project Manager at Dinamo

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring the smooth execution of our construction sites, focusing on client satisfaction, adherence to schedules, budgets, and high-quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the team assigned to your construction projects.
  • Planning and Coordination: Organize the logistics of the work and ensure effective coordination with all professionals involved.
  • Tendering Process: Prepare, launch, and manage tendering processes, negotiate, and award subcontracting contracts.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, professionals, and subcontractors.
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise project administration and ensure work schedules are updated.
  • Technical Documentation: Oversee and manage technical documents required for the projects.
  • Change Management: Handle modification requests with suppliers and clients.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and best practices on construction sites.
  • Cost Tracking: Define and monitor budgetary elements to maintain rigorous financial management.
  • Project Delivery: Supervise the delivery of completed projects and secure final acceptance from clients.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • College diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Project Manager, OR
  • University degree in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec: A valuable asset for this position.

  • Organization and Rigor: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance.
