Responsibilities and Desired Profile

As a Site Superintendent at Dinamo, you will play a key role in the success of our projects by ensuring the planning, organization, direction, and control of work on-site. As a true pillar of field execution, you will oversee the smooth running of operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all activities related to the execution of work in accordance with the contract;
Distributing tasks efficiently to ensure optimal productivity;
Enforcing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on-site;
Attending meetings with the client and subcontractors;
Forecasting and planning material and equipment needs;
Collaborating with the Project Manager on the development of the work schedule;
Preparing daily activity reports;
Monitoring the quality of the work performed;
Following up on deficiencies and ensuring their prompt resolution;
Meeting with professionals as needed to ensure smooth project progression;
Maintaining harmonious relationships with all stakeholders;
Respecting and improving project timelines;
Performing any other tasks required for the success of the site;
Being a proud representative of Dinamo’s quality standards with the teams and partners.

Desired Profile

Significant experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry;
Excellent knowledge of site processes and best practices;
Natural leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize teams and foster a positive work environment;
Strong abilities in organization, priority management, and problem-solving;
Recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and ability to deliver high-quality projects;
Proven communication skills, both with field teams and clients/partners;
