We had the privilege of welcoming Jonathan Plante, Director of Health, Safety and Environment at Coffrages Synergy Formwork. His personal story deeply moved our team.

With authenticity, resilience, and just the right touch of humor 😄, Jonathan reminded us that behind every hard hat is a person, a family, and a story. His honest and heartfelt talk reinforced the importance of prioritizing health and safety on every job site.

In today’s turbulent economic climate, our President Jean-Yves Morissette emphasized the need to balance agility and robustness.

Agility allows us to adapt quickly to unexpected changes, while robustness ensures the structural and organizational strength needed to stay on course. This balance is where the foundation for resilient, long-term growth is built.

We were also fortunate to hear from Hugues Foltz, Executive Vice President at Vooban, who shared an eye-opening presentation on the role of artificial intelligence in our industry.

From process optimization to predictive analytics, the possibilities are vast. This insightful session gave us tools to better prepare for the future — and to start imagining tomorrow’s construction landscape today.

Led by Geneviève Morissette and Robert Lafond, our team building activities brought everyone closer in a lively and energizing atmosphere.

The Dinamos demonstrated collaboration, engagement, creativity, competence, and above all, a strong sense of belonging. These qualities, both human and professional, are what keep us moving forward — on-site and beyond.

One of the highlights of the day was a candid and heartfelt conversation between Jean-Yves Morissette and Jean Laberge, President of Canac.

It was a rare and inspiring moment filled with respect, humility, and authenticity, as Jean Laberge generously shared the lessons of his remarkable entrepreneurial journey. A real highlight that sparked renewed momentum for many of us.
