ABOUT THE PROJECT

The IGA Deschênes project involved the demolition of existing buildings and the expansion of a grocery store to add 6 residential units on the upper floor, an underground parking lot, and an additional building. The new building features a commercial space on the ground floor and 28 residential units on the upper floors. This ambitious project was carried out in collaboration with the Québec City to meet the expectations of various citizen committees and secure their approval.
