ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Domaine Saint-Dominique project, completed by Construction Dinamo in 2016, is a long-term care facility located in the Montcalm district of Québec City. The project focused on modernizing existing infrastructure to provide exceptional services for residents, particularly those with cognitive challenges or in need of continuous healthcare. The building’s exterior design and architectural features create a seamless balance between the tranquil atmosphere of the outdoor spaces and the vibrant energy of René-Lévesque Boulevard.

The Domaine Saint-Dominique features a total of 191 units, including 39 newly built units equipped with large windows, a bathroom with an adapted shower, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave. The remaining rooms are designed to meet the needs of non-autonomous residents, providing them with a safe and comfortable environment.
