ABOUT THE PROJECT

The George-Étienne, located at the corner of Cartier and René-Lévesque streets in Québec City, is a five-storey concrete building combining residential units, ground-floor commercial spaces, and a functional basement. This urban project required special attention to seamlessly blend into its surroundings while meeting the functional needs of both residents and business owners.
