ABOUT THE PROJECT

Quartier QB is one of the most ambitious and iconic residential projects in Eastern Quebec. This 948,500 square-foot private real estate complex, owned by multiple corporations, was completed in three phases over a period of three and a half years. The project includes four towers housing 682 residential units, three floors of indoor parking with a total of 865 spots, and a ground floor featuring a grocery store and commercial space. This development has created a vibrant living space that meets the needs of residents while revitalizing the neighbourhood.
